They took out a failed lawn of another local co. that did not put a base of topsoil and cow manure and put down a beautiful lawn that everybody loves even after a year.

My wife just had a baby 3 days ago. With a 5 year old in school, a 2 1/2 year old son running wild, a new born & my wife in bed it's been Hectic to get things done. Today as I was putting the toddlers down for a nap, I heard the sound of a lawn mower and a bush trimmer. I peeked outside & saw the owner of Yates landscaping & his assistant taking care of my yard. They trimmed every bush and did a phenomenal job on the yard & even gave me some yard tips....they did all this and didn't charge a dime. He just said "get back in the house & take care of those kids." It was a great experience. Thanks Jason & Thomas!

Jason Yates is a gentleman and his company performs flawlessly. They are very professional and my sodded lawn is fantastic in a pretty impossible sandy base. You wouldn't know they were there as they cleaned up any items they could have left. I would highly recommend Yates Landscaping for your project. I will certainly use them again.

Jason, your are a man of integrity and hard worker. If you have children he is a whiz on the weed eater and very entertaining! We called 15 landscaping companies before we called Yates, couldn't get anyone to respond for the last 3 months, called Yates, responded immediately and started the next day.
